- "The Captain" is a biography about a dream that came true. It is also a book about Royal Caribbean International, about the world's largest cruise ship (1999) and about the life on board. The book has pictures and and stories from my life, from I grew up by the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway on a 50 feet shrimp trawler, until I became the Captain on board the largest Cruise Ship in the world in 1999, the "Voyager of the Seas". The book gives you stories from my over 30 years at sea, my relationship with my father and how I have developed into the Captain and person I have become. I have the book in English and Norwegian.
